Apart from the usual replacement of the damaged areas and the restoration of the basement the project also includes the addition of a new kitchen space. Bedrooms and bathrooms were expanded providing the residents of the house with more space. A new social area has been added with glass on three sides allowing for ample natural ventilation and unabated views.
